The Discovery:

Holy Cosmos! He found it!

Commander Thomas Dickerson has been aboard the exploratory space station, Excalibur IV, for just over 300 years; 7 of them unfrozen from his cryogenic state. Brrrr! Slipping into his Artificial Atmosphere Space Suit (A2S2), he steps outside to investigate. Investigate what? He has no idea. Yet. All he knows is this could be what hes been searching for: life.

Like a solar flare, it hits him. Weep Wop. Weep Wop. A sound so beautiful So intriguing. So... familiar. Wow, thats it! He knows this sound. He used to play with this totally tubular toy when he was a kid growing up in Iowa. Well, it was actually a stick. But it was a WAY-cool stick. One that made the neatest noise. One that went, "Weep Wop."

Slowly, steadily, he reaches for the Portable Isolation Capsule (PIC) and activates it. With a blinding light and ear-ringing ZZZRRIP, all is quiet. The Weep Wop is contained. He has done it. He has found, and captured, intergalactic life.

Back in the space station, he transfers the Weep Wop to the labs secure research chamber. Glowing like the Great Arturion Nebula during a quantum vortex, it sings that same, mesmerizing tune. Weep Wop. Weep Wop. Smiling, he heads off to his cryogenic station to take a 300-year nap.

Now, back on Earth, Commander Dickerson wants to share his discovery with you and every other carbon-based life form on the planet. Maybe itll remind you of a time when things were funky and groovy. Maybe itll bring you a new atmospheric experience. Or, maybe — just, maybe — itll make your day a bit brighter.
